What is the difference between the Stock Plugins and Waves Gold Bundle versions?
The main difference is the sonic quality and character.
  • Waves Gold Version: We recommend this for the highest professional quality. Since we have access to industry-standard tools (like the C4 Multiband Compressor and H-Delay), these presets generally have a warmer, more polished sound.
  • Stock Plugin Version: These are perfect if you are on a budget or working on the go. They sound incredible and use only the plugins native to your DAW, so you don’t need to buy anything extra.
Can I adjust the preset settings after I load them?
Absolutely! Every voice is unique, so we encourage you to tweak the EQ and compression to fit your specific tone.
Pro Tip: Before you start tweaking, do a "Save As" on the project or duplicate the track. This way, you always have the original preset to go back to if needed.
Do these presets work on both Mac and PC?
Yes. Whether you are on Windows or macOS, the preset files are compatible as long as you have the correct software (Logic Pro X or Pro Tools) installed.
Do the Waves Gold presets include the plugins?
No. Our presets are templates designed to be used with the Waves Gold Bundle. You must already own (or subscribe to) the Waves Gold Edition from Waves Audio for these presets to work. We do not sell or provide the plugin licenses.
I bought the Pro Tools "Stock" version, but it says I'm missing plugins. Why?
For the Pro Tools Stock presets, you must have the AIR Creative Collection installed. This is a standard bundle of effects (like Reverb and Chorus) that usually comes free with your Pro Tools subscription, but it is often a separate download in your Avid Link account. Please ensure you have downloaded and installed the AIR bundle.
What version of Logic Pro X / Pro Tools do I need?
We recommend using the latest updated version of your DAW to ensure full compatibility. If you are running a very old version (e.g., Logic 9 or Pro Tools 10), some features may not load correctly.
How will I receive my presets?

Every download comes with a 'Read Me' PDF guide containing step-by-step installation instructions.
Will this fix a bad recording environment?
hese presets will drastically improve your mix, but they cannot fix a poor recording. We recommend recording in a quiet room with a pop filter for the best results.
